About

Jim Friedman is a retired professional landscaper in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan (that’s in Canada for you Yankees).  When he’s not working in the field on his hobby projects he spends his time writing on financial matters pertaining to Canadians.  He has his son Jeff to thank for setting up this website and teaching him about blogging.  This website is an attempt to counter the modern get-rich-quick philosophy with some common sense gems from a the perspective of someone who has a long and successful career.

In the course of running his own company, Jim has encountered pretty much every financial situation under the sun, from dealing with vendors to dealing with customers to dealing with banks, and when the banks wouldn’t take him then he even dealt with payday lenders from time to time.  The lessons that time have brought him are now available to you on this website.

Hi Jim. I have free content / guest posts for your blog. The articles relate to getting reasonably well off slowly 🙂 by investing in real estate. If you’re interested, go ahead and send me an email at aston@clicksandclients.com.
